The Atlanta rally on Monday was the first of two events planned for this week, with larger crowds expected to turn out on Saturday.
Phillips held a sign reading "adorable deplorable from West Virginia", referring to comments made by Democrat Hillary Clinton during last fall's presidential election campaign about Trump's supporters.
Dozens of people have gathered in Concord for a rally on Monday in favor of President Trump and to show their support for the president's policies. Minuscule would be more accurate.
According to a Facebook page promoting the rally, the event will start at 11:30 in the morning and end by 1 p.m.
No local restaurants affected by Bloomin' Brands closures
New York State Teachers Retirement System raised its stake in shares of Bloomin' Brands by 3.1% in the fourth quarter. The firm owned 65,657 shares of the company's stock after buying an additional 100 shares during the period.
The next rally is scheduled for March 4.
"We are especially pleased to show our support for him in his national effort to Make America Great Again", organizers wrote in a Facebook post to which just under 100 acknowledged they would attend. The website also has contact information for the organizers of the pro-Trump rallies, with at least one of those pro-Trump rallies behind held at a gun shop and firearms place called Hoover Tactical Firearms.
Judging from Facebook RSVPs as of February 27 alone, the march in Nashville, Tennessee, is set to have the greatest turnout, with over 200 marked ready to attend. If the demonstrations do somehow manage to draw impressive crowd numbers, the president will likely have something to say about it. "There would be a lot more people here if they didn't work". But if they don't, there's no telling if Trump will know that they even took place at all.
