The 2nd playoff of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) will be played between Islamabad United and Karachi Kings here on today (Wednesday) at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium.
Speaking to media, Imad said that the team's recent win against Lahore has raised the morale of Karachi Kings and the team now is readily looking ahead in their match against Peshawar Zalmi.
The Karachi Kings racked up 126 runs, even as wickets fell like dominoes over the last five overs of the match. However, the victor of today will play third qualifying final of PSL with Peshawar Zalmi that has already lost its first qualifying final against Quetta Gladiators.
Wickets dropped like flies for United who were set a 127-run target by the Kings during the 22nd match of the PSL this season. Both teams 8 points from the 8 matches they had played but Kings were ahead of the United for net run rate. They just bowled well and once we lost wickets, the pressure mounted.
