LONDON–British authorities charged a 25-year-old London man, Ali Harbi Ali, with murder and terrorism in the stabbing to death of lawmaker David Amess last week.
Mr. Ali faces trial over the killing of the Conservative lawmaker while he was meeting constituents in the middle of the day on Friday.
